Rhea’s proposal has been accepted for the next qualifying round – the PanelPicker. Eighty percent of the conference sessions are chosen through this two-step, crowd-sourced online voting system, and she needs your vote. Final participants are selected based on input from the SXSW advisory board (40 percent), SXSW staff (30 percent) and public votes (30 percent). Voting is open through Aug. 25.

If selected, Rhea, professor and associate dean of research, will discuss LiiNK—Let’s Inspire Innovation ‘N Kids— a recess and character development program that can improve academic behaviors, social and emotional skills, and attentional focus in children.

If you would like to support Rhea and the LiiNK Project, visit the PanelPicker. You will be required to create an account to participate in the voting.
